I've been using Aperature for a few months now and decided to expand my creativity in other programs. Here are 2 random pictures that i used to edit with Lightroom & Photoshop. I'm experimenting with alot of cool presets in Lightroom and with textile in Photoshop.

Third Eye Blind, Augustana, & Kyle Craft

This was my first big shoot and I was lucky enough to capture photos of Third Eye Blind whom I've been listening to since jr. high. 3eb definitely had alot of energy, or shall I say Stephen Jenkins. I've been a huge fan of Augustana since around 2003 and had the chance to see those guys last year in Philly. Kyle did an awesome job opening up for them. It was pretty much his first big gig and the audience was quite please from his performance. I have to say this shoot was of course a little difficult for me because my speciality areas in photography are portraits and e-sessions. I've always wanted to expand my knowledge and work in concert photography. Therefore I am very thankful for this opportunity given. Anyways like most concerts, flash was not allow and working w/ the lighting was a big challenge for me. The photos are not as crisp as I would like them to be but I think I may have done a fairly decent job. I would love it if you guys could leave some feedbacks. Thanks!

Caleb

Meet my precious nephew Caleb. He will be a year old next month! I have been honor to see him grow since the very first day he was born. He's so smart and such a loving child. He loves to say the word "da da," and is now starting to walk with his toy stroller. I am not only proud to be his Aunt but also his GodMother.

Kyle & Haley

I met Kyle a few years back through some mutual friends of ours and with the same music interest and such, we've kept in touch ever since. He's a wonderful musician and I am very excited that his album will be out within the next few months. Kyle will also be opening up for Third Eye Blind & Augustana next Thursday at ULM. And Haley, she is such a doll. I met her last Monday at open mic night. Haley and Kyle has been dating for a few years and she has recently moved up to Monroe to attend ULM. She is also getting into photography and I can't wait to have more photo adventures with her. I had an awesome time and thanks to you guys for making the picture look good! The weather was a little windy outside but we've manage to get a few good shots. Here are a few of my favorite photos. Feel free to leave me some feedback.

Tyler Read/Merwither Show

This was my first time actually taking the D90 out to shoot at a show. I was fortunate to have such great friends that had put me on the guestlist. Therefore I was able to take some pictures from the side of the stage. It was extremely to crowded and cram at the front of the stage. Anyways I know I have alot more learning and experiencing to do. The lens that I use was 50mm f/1.8. I'll shoot with the 18mm f/105 next time.
